Job description

We are looking to find a Corporate Receptionist / Assistant to provide first-class support. This is a standalone Reception position with Assistant duties to support a team of 3. You will take charge of FOH, ensuring smooth running, Reception duties, and Assistant support when needed.

Our client is a highly regarded Investment firm with a beautiful office near Green Park station. They offer superb benefits packages and a generous bonus structure.

Reception duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all guests in the office
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Answering calls
  • Setting up and restocking refreshments
  • Ordering catering
  • Ensuring the FOH is clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensuring everyone entering the office gets a warm and friendly welcome

You must have:

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Super high attention to detail
  • A welcoming manner both in person and over the phone

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Health and Safety and Fire Warden duties
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to assist with facilities duties
  • Providing PA support to a team of three junior Associates, including:
    • Organizing calendars
    • Booking flights and taxis
    • Scheduling meetings and sending out invites
    • Admin support as needed
