Job description

Elton Recruitment is recruiting, on behalf of our client, for a Corporate Receptionist. We are looking for candidates with 4/5-star hotel experience or who have worked as a Corporate Receptionist. The role requires working mainly between 7:30am - 7:00pm, Mon-Fri, on a rotation pattern. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly for one of the UK's leading law firms.

Responsibilities

  • Meet & Greet visitors, occupiers, and clients with a five-star welcome
  • Log building faults with the helpdesk
  • Host visitors at all times
  • Input bookings into the Manhattan Data craft system
  • Coordinate with hosts and PAs for meeting details
  • Assist with conference room setups and manage video conferencing schedules
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Test and maintain IT equipment in conference rooms
  • Liaise with IT and AV suppliers to resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a 4/5-star hotel, airline, or corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Manhattan Data craft (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Experience in IT and AV support roles
