Portico are currently recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team based at a well-known institution in the West End.

The institution offers business executives the opportunity to purchase a membership and enjoy various benefits, including a place to work, meet, host clients, network, and attend training sessions and seminars.

The Receptionist will ensure that all visitors receive a friendly and attentive welcome. Main duties include meet & greet, site show-arounds & inductions, meeting room management, assisting VIP clients, and facilitating onsite events, training sessions, and seminars.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8am - 8pm (am shift: 08:00-16:30; pm shift: 11:30-20:00)
Salary: £32,426 per annum

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability to meet differing client needs. They should be a motivated people person capable of building strong, lasting relationships with a variety of clients. Customer service experience is required, preferably within a corporate setting.
