What you'll do:

• Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Showcase your professionalism as you receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.

• Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area.

• Replenish stationary stock.

• Report any faults to FM Team.

• Provide a helping hand with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.

• Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.

• Answer the switchboard and assist callers with their inquiries.

• Deal with visitors/contractors arriving on site and inform the relevant department.

• Carry out site inductions for visitors.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.

• A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.

• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Team player.

• Ability to fully engage with the 'One Team' ethos and be able to cross-train in other departments to provide support when cover is needed.

• SIA License is desirable.

• SVQ Level 2 clerical or equivalent.

• Working on a rotational shift pattern of 0730 - 1630 and 0900 - 1800
• 40 hours per week
• £15.60 per hour + Sodexo benefits
