Are you an experienced, professional, and personable Corporate Receptionist looking for a new role in Central London?

We are working with a forward-thinking property business with a £5bn portfolio to find an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to join their two-person Front of House team in their beautifully designed London HQ.

The Role

As Corporate Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a consistently warm, professional welcome and smooth day-to-day running of the reception area. Youll play a vital part in maintaining the companys high standards while supporting wider office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests and clients.
  • Answer and direct calls via the switchboard efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and liaise with the hospitality team to ensure meeting rooms are set up and catering is arranged.
  • Coordinate couriers and deliveries; liaise with suppliers.
  • Act as fire marshal and first aider (training provided).
  • Provide general administrative support and assist the Office Operations Manager as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a professional, client-facing reception, Front of House Cabin Crew or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Comfortable managing a busy switchboard and dealing with high-level visitors.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and meeting room booking systems.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Calm under pressure and always focused on delivering outstanding service.
