£35k to £42k salary (dep exp)

Corporate Receptionist opportunity has arisen at a large global Law Firm. Responsibilities include managing meetings & executive events, providing 5* customer service, liaising with VIPs and UHNWI individuals, and supporting administrative tasks.

Essential Experience: Reception, Hotel Reception (preferably).

Using your 5* reception skills, you will be the ambassador creating a great first impression, booking lunches with the catering team, and managing diaries.

Reception Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly manner
  • Using meeting room calendars and software
  • Setting up conference calls
  • Overseeing the catering team and maintaining meeting room tidiness
  • Booking lunches and liaising with hospitality teams
  • Managing office supplies and reordering as needed
  • General administration (photocopying, faxing, scanning)
  • Booking travel and accommodation

Requirements:

  • Previous FOH/Reception or Cabin Crew experience

  • Ability to communicate at the highest level
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
