We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include reception, administration, and secretarial duties for the building. You will manage access points, maintain fob access systems, keep the reception area tidy, and provide courteous service. Handling phone calls, emails, and incoming mail and packages are also key tasks.
You will manage documentation, oversee building security, handle visitor queries, issue passes, assist with emergency evacuations, and order consumables. The role requires a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with strong communication and IT skills. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently is essential.
