Overview

Seeking all those who have experience working Corporate Reception roles... working in a team, managing front of house and delivering exceptional guest experience.

You'll be working at a gorgeous building in West London just a short walk from Regent's Park. You'll be the face of the building, ensuring front of house is immaculate and guests are warmly welcomed.

Role details

This is a full time role, based on site 5 days a week Mon to Fri, with a salary of £30-35,000 depending on the skills and experience you bring to the table. Show us what you got!

Responsibilities
  • Provide front-of-house support, greet guests, and maintain an immaculate reception area.
  • Represent the building as the face of the front of house and ensure guests are warmly welcomed.
  • Collaborate with tenants, visitors, and building occupants to support operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer/client-facing roles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Some exposure to building operations / facilities management, e.g. conducting safety inspections and overseeing contractors on site, checking work permits.
  • Related qualifications (e.g. IOSH, First Aid, Fire Marshal) are advantageous.
