Job Opportunity: Corporate Receptionist
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work at our client's prestigious offices in Slough. The successful candidate will be highly professional, providing exemplary service to visitors, contractors, and employees, maintaining a polite and courteous manner at all times.
Working Hours: 8am - 5.30pm, office-based in Slough
Salary: Up to £32,960 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the front desk is manned at all times
- Logging all visitors and contractors and issuing appropriate security passes
- Offering cloakroom facilities as necessary
- Maintaining meeting rooms, including preparation, setup, and clearing of tables and refreshments
- Overseeing catering requirements, including ordering and restocking
- Managing the booking of meeting rooms
- Managing entry and exit procedures (including fire safety) and parking
- Handling switchboard duties
- Facilities management, reporting and resolving issues promptly
Key Skills
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards
- Polite, professional, and friendly demeanor, ensuring a five-star service to guests
- Positive attitude and team player, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- IT literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
