Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, polished and proactive Corporate Receptionist to be the face of our London office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders, delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while managing a range of administrative, coordination and support tasks behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff
  • Manage all incoming calls and enquiries with efficiency and courtesy
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, including AV setup, catering, and room turnarounds
  • Prepare the reception and shared spaces daily to ensure a premium environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages and courier requests
  • Liaise with facilities, IT, and external suppliers to resolve office issues smoothly

  • Prior experience in a high-end corporate receptionist, front-of-house or client-facing admin role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and face-to-face
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a calm, confident manner
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with booking systems or switchboards
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a wider office team

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £32,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus 1 day birthday leave and 1 day charity work leave.
  • Pension scheme
  • Private healthcare following completion of probation
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Staff refreshments provided daily
  • Travel allowance £250 per month
  • Team lunches and occasional social events
  • Opportunity to grow within a professional, values-driven organisation
