Job description

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team of 2 that looks after the corporate office services at our Client's London office, based on Fenchurch Street. However, you will be part of a bigger team of 7!

The client is an International Insurance Firm in the City. You will have the opportunity to work in a very diverse, fast changing role where noday is the same.Our team provides excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards.

Type of contract:Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; flexibility required on an ad hoc basis in case of events, or early or late arrival guests)

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
  • Support events and the catering Team when required, with lobby hosting and event coordinating duties.
  • Work as part of the team, listening, taking and giving instructions from senior team and colleagues to ensure that all daily tasks are completed.
