A leading guest services provider in London is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to deliver outstanding service at a prestigious corporate office. The role involves welcoming guests, handling enquiries, and supporting events while fostering a collaborative team environment. We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team of 2 that looks after the corporate office services at our Client's London office, based on Fenchurch Street. However, you will be part of a bigger team of 7!
The client is an International Insurance Firm in the City. You will have the opportunity to work in a very diverse, fast changing role where noday is the same.Our team provides excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards.
Type of contract:Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; flexibility required on an ad hoc basis in case of events, or early or late arrival guests)
