Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. £12.82 per hour.

We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reception duties and provide a professional, courteous service throughout.
  • Control access points and maintain fob access systems to facilitate the flow of personnel.
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Manage documentation, ensuring it is stored in the appropriate location or system.
  • Open and close the building, maintain building security, and manage queries and messages from visitors.
  • Issue visitor and staff passes; assist with emergency evacuations.
  • Order consumables and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Friendly and approachable manner with professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet agreed deadlines.
