We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include performing reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently on behalf of the building. You will manage access points, maintain fob access systems, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional. Additionally, you'll handle phone calls, emails, incoming mail, and packages.

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will manage documentation, oversee building security, handle visitor queries, issue passes, assist with emergency evacuations, and order consumables. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable manner, professional demeanor, good communication skills, and IT literacy. Prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. An SIA licence is advantageous due to security responsibilities.
