Job Description:

Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists and Guest Service Ambassadors who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. We would like to invite you to our recruitment event on Saturday, the 14th of June 2025, 10 AM to 2 PM. Further details to be confirmed.

Shortlisted applicants will be offered an appointment slot, so please keep an eye out for the invitation (please check your junk folder).

We are recruiting for various contracts with offices in the West End, Canary Wharf, St James' and the City of London. We have both static roles, where you will be permanently based at the same site, and 'network' roles, where you will cover roles at a number of different sites.

Type of contract: All our roles are Permanent, Full-time

Hours:40 per week (Monday-Friday)

Main responsibilities

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
  • Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms.

The ideal candidate will

  • Be a self-starter with experience in a customer-facing role (Customer service skills are essential).
  • Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Be proficient in business administration and able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Have a great eye for detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
