This is a rare opportunity to help shape and deliver standout campaigns for some of the UK’s most exciting production companies, studios, and film offices.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, experienced in trade and B2B PR, and passionate about the creative industries. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and bring creative thinking to positioning companies, not just shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver day-to-day support across a roster of corporate clients, including production companies, streamers, and studios
  • Draft and place press releases, features, Q&As, and thought leadership pieces in trade and broadsheet media (e.g. Broadcast, Deadline, Variety, The Guardian)
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships with UK and international industry press
  • Support on corporate strategy development: messaging documents, bios, boilerplates, talking points
  • Coordinate with internal and client teams around press office activity, industry events, and panel/festival presence
  • Monitor coverage and provide regular media reporting
  • Contribute to new business research and competitor mapping
  • Spot and pitch proactive opportunities to profile client companies and their executives

Essential Experience & Attributes:

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in publicity or communications, ideally with an agency or entertainment background
  • A genuine interest in the TV/film/streaming landscape and the business behind the content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the UK media landscape, including trade and broadsheet
  • Confident, collaborative, and organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Creative mindset and proactive problem-solver
  • Experience supporting or leading on press office delivery

Desirable (but not essential):

  • International PR experience or awareness of international trade press
  • Familiarity with awards campaigns, festivals, or market strategy (e.g. BAFTA, MIPCOM, Edinburgh TV Festival)
  • Background working with or within production companies
