Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer ELITE US LAW FIRM

Our client, a world leading US law firm, is looking to recruit a Knowledge Lawyer to support the Corporate M&A team in London.

Applicants will need to have a minimum of 5 years corporate, M&A and/or private equity experience gained from a leading law firm.

Responsibilities will include monitoring legal and regulatory developments and keeping the team updated, drafting and maintaining knowledge resources, supporting associate training, assisting with thought leadership efforts and acting as an important sounding board to the team. There will lots of scope to create and implement knowledge strategy and the compensation is excellent.
