This Top 50, UK national firm is seeking an experienced Corporate PSL (4+ PQE) to join its expanding team in Glasgow.

Role
This role sits within a high-performing Corporate team that advises on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and corporate governance.

As a PSL, you will play a key part in driving forward the knowledge function, keeping the team ahead of legal and regulatory developments, supporting training and development initiatives and helping shape the strategy around legal tech, precedents and best practice.

The firm is known for its collaborative culture, flexible working policies and investment in its people.

You'll work closely with senior lawyers across multiple offices and have the autonomy to shape how knowledge is captured, shared and utilised across the business.

Your Experience

• An experienced Corporate Lawyer (4+ PQE) or current PSL with strong knowledge of Corporate matters
• Excellent drafting and research skills with an interest in training, knowledge sharing and thought leadership
• A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the operational and business development goals of the team
• Well-organised and confident in managing multiple priorities across offices and practice areas
• A collaborative, forward-thinking approach with a passion for innovation in legal service delivery
