Full time 37hrs per week,
Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough (with provision to work from home)

West Lindsey District Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Projects Officer to lead the delivery of high-profile change initiatives and projects aligned with our corporate priorities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently lead multidisciplinary teams, and champions continuous improvement across the authority.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in embedding best practice project management through oversight of the PMO and management of the Council’s Change and Project Officers. This is a unique opportunity to lead meaningful projects that directly impact our communities, while working collaboratively with internal teams, elected members, and external partners.
