Are you a motivated Professional Support Lawyer seeking a role within a Tier 1 Corporate team?

Corporate Professional Support Lawyer – East Anglia / Essex (choice of various office locations)

Client

A full service, top 50 UK, forward thinking law firm, with ambitious growth plans

Role

• Keeping fee earners informed about the latest developments in law and practice
• Further developing the internal precedent bank, best practice guides and knowledge resources
• Ensuring that fee earners receive regular training, both in areas of general corporate law and other specialist areas
• Promoting the profile of the firm as a leading commentator on corporate law developments
• Supporting training programmes for junior fee earners
• Assist fee earners with research including advising on technical legal issues

You

• Will be 6+ PQE
• Have significant corporate transaction experience from a well-regarded city, national or regional law firm
• Excellent drafting and research skills
• Well-developed organisation and communication skills
