The role

PwC is an independent member of the PwC international network of firms. Based in London and Manchester, we have 29 partners/directors and employ over legal fee-earners. We offer our clients ongoing general counsel support and access to legal expertise in over 85 countries.

The Corporate practice is one of PwC Legal's largest groups, focusing on corporate and business structuring projects, M&A, private equity, LLPs, and European company law. Our clients include MNCs, listed groups, privately owned companies, and inbound groups. We work closely with tax, corporate finance, deals, advisory, and other professionals within PwC.

We seek experienced lawyers with a general corporate law and transactional background to join our team at Manager level, supporting our expansion.

What your days will look like:

1. Engage in a wide range of projects, applying legal expertise.
2. Collaborate with PwC professionals across disciplines and locations.
3. Handle complex projects for high-profile clients.
4. Contribute to the growth of the Corporate practice.
5. Work on diverse corporate work, avoiding repetition.
6. Assist in various client tasks, including secondments.
7. Maintain high technical competence and client relationships.
8. Manage matters under supervision.
9. Work closely with team members and exhibit organizational skills.
10. Network within PwC and with clients.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent.
