Job Title: Corporate PR Associate Director

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in our London office

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Full-time (Perm)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for corporate communications, exceptional client leadership skills, and the ambition to shape and grow leading brand reputations? We’re seeking an Associate Director to join an award-winning Consumer agency in their Corporate PR team – someone who thrives in a high-performing, collaborative environment and is excited to lead impactful campaigns across a portfolio of dynamic clients.

What You’ll Do:

As Associate Director, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of innovative, insight-driven campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor high-performing teams, grow client relationships, and help lead our agency forward through new business development and cultural leadership.

Core Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Strategy
  • Deliver high-quality client service across all accounts, ensuring work is error-free and exceeds expectations
  • Develop long-term account plans with clear KPIs and scopes of work
  • Craft and present strategic responses to briefs, with creative, commercially-sound solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, ensuring account stability and growth
Programme & Team Management
  • Lead and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly activity across your portfolio
  • Guide teams through campaign execution, ensuring clarity of ownership and timely delivery
  • Support team development through structured feedback, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
Media, Influencer & Social Comms
  • Oversee all media and influencer relations, ensuring messaging and materials are accurate and impactful
  • Lead the development and review of social media strategies, staying abreast of trends and tools
  • Ensure excellence in writing across all outputs, from press releases to creative proposals
Reporting, Budgeting & Finance
  • Ensure accurate and timely client reporting across all accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, MD, and CFO to manage budgets, contracts, and invoicing
  • Identify and act on opportunities for revenue growth within existing client relationships
New Business & Agency Culture
  • Lead new business pitches from brief to final presentation
  • Foster agency culture through leadership at company meetings, training sessions, and team events
  • Represent the agency externally, celebrating successes and maintaining a strong professional presence
