Job summary

BMW Group Farnborough is offering a Corporate Performance and Development Assistant placement year for July 2027. You will join a collaborative team, gaining exposure to corporate customer engagement events, sales analytics and strategic projects across the business.

Ideal candidates are studying business with a 2:2, possess excellent communication, and are highly organised. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor's degree in a Business-related field and on track to achieve a minimum 2:2.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks with differing timescales and objectives.
• A full UK driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the organisation with planning and activation of corporate customer engagement events to showcase BMW and MINI products to new and existing customers.
• Support strategic projects to ensure BMW Group maintains its position as the number one Corporate Sales brand.
• Interpret sales data, competitive trends and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities and development of any subsequent actions and programmes.
• The Sales department is at the forefront of new initiatives within the industry, allowing you to take an active role in special projects that may also relate to your own studies or interests.

• A general understanding of BMW, MINI and the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
