Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Snr Associate to Partner level
Abacus is currently seeking a highly experienced Corporate Solicitor with a range of corporate and commercial expertise to join an impressive legal brand within Northern Ireland.
The role is hybrid but this firm boasts modern office space, high-end hardware and promotes a culture of continued development. Based in the City Centre, this firm is often regarded as one of the premier law firms for Blue-Chip clients across the UK (and further afield).

Forming part of the wider Corporate transactions team, you will ideally offer at least 5 yrs PQE and ideally someone with strong aspirations toward a Partnership route (or entry as Partner).
Your experience should include dealing with a range of commercial contracts to include technology contracts, privacy and cyber security agreements. Experience of some corporate transactions to include M&A would also be an extremely interesting skill set to offer the client. The salary will be very competitive and will naturally be based on level of experience, that coupled with a great client base and quality of work makes this a very attractive proposition.
