Corporate Partner / Legal Director - Suffolk

Role

• Seeking a Partner to further expand their corporate presence in East Anglia and nationally, working closely with the team, colleagues, and external contacts.
• Current sectors include Energy and Infrastructure, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, and Motor; experience in these or other sectors is welcome.
• The team advises on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, acting for sellers, buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds.
• The firm is committed to supporting this hire with senior associate and associate support, as well as a budget for additional hires if needed.
