New - we are actively seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join a highly regarded Legal 100 law firm with offices across London, Hertfordshire, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

This is a Chambers-rated top-tier corporate practice which offers excellent exposure to an impressive array of both regional, city and global clients.

This opportunity maysuit a senior individual who is looking to achieve a better work-life balance whilst leading on complex M&A; Private Equity and a diverse range of corporate matters from day one.

This is a senior opportunity for an ambitious individual to joinan expandingcorporate department based in Northampton with hybrid flexibility to work remotely.

The successful individual will have some experience in areas including:

  • Private Equity, Purchase and Sale of businesses, Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Venture agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Terms of Business etc.

This person is required on a permanent basis working as part of an experienced team undertaking M&A, and general corporate advice work, ensuring that individual financial targets and objectives are met in line with the Department business plan.

  • You will have extensive experience across a range of work, including M&A, JVs, restructures, private equity and venture capital.
    Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience in handling fast-paced and highly demanding clients.
  • Excellent technical ability.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Appetite for business development / own client following

The positions offer the opportunity to work on a broad variety of matters. You will have experience of, and typically be involved in, the following:

* Advising on disposals and acquisitions of private companies and company assets
