Extensive experience leading on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and restructurings.

Strong technical knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Proven track record of managing complex deals from inception to completion, often with cross-border elements.

Demonstrable leadership skills, with experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing deal teams.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong client network and the ability to attract new business.
