  • Leading and expanding the corporate offering across the North West


  • Driving client development and strengthening key relationships


  • Advising on M&A, joint ventures, restructures, and investment work


  • Collaborating with national teams on high-value corporate transactions


  • Contributing to firm-wide strategic planning and mentoring junior lawyers

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Partner should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years PQE in corporate law


  • Experienced in M&A, private equity, and strategic advisory matters


  • Well-connected in the North West legal and business community


  • Commercially astute with strong leadership and team development skills


  • Driven to contribute to wider business growth and innovation
