Job Description
The Interim Corporate Paralegal / Company Secretary Assistant will
- Provide administrative support to the company secretarial team.
- Maintain and update statutory records and company registers.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and returns.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Support the team with compliance-related tasks and processes.
- Organise and maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed by the legal department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Corporate Paralegal / Company Secretary Assistant should have:
- A law degree
- Ideally working towards a CGI qualification
- Previous experience in an paralegal or company secretarial role within a legal department.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and legal databases.
- The ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
