Corporate Paralegal

Prestigious US firm is hiring a new Paralegal to join the Corporate, Private Equity, and M&A group in London.

Reporting into the Knowledge Counsel, you will provide paralegal support to partners and associates across the private equity M&A department.

Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the team’s know-how resources, and with other training-related administration.
  • Carry out tasks on behalf of fee earners, freeing them from routine activities that do not require legal qualification.
  • Assist junior associates and trainees with procedures that may be unfamiliar to them.
  • Assist the team with legal research and writing.
  • Assist with administrative matters related to the team’s learning and development programme.
  • Prepare filings for submission to competition authorities.
  • Assist trainees with compiling transaction bibles/similar documents.
  • Assist with planning of events, webinars, and training.
Corporate Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
