An award-winning commercial law firm in central Manchester is looking to recruit a Corporate Paralegal to join their growing and highly respected corporate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with some exposure to corporate transactions or wider commercial work who is looking to develop their career within a team that offers high-quality work, excellent training, and long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

• You will support a busy and collaborative corporate team on a range of matters, including:
• M&A transactions (buy and sell side)
• Private equity investments
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Corporate reorganisations
• Due diligence exercises and data room management
• Company secretarial support and Companies House filings
• Drafting ancillary documents and legal research
• The role offers hands-on experience, excellent exposure to high-value deals, and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers in a team that is known for developing its junior talent.

The Ideal Candidate

• Paralegal with 12+ months experience in corporate law or transactional work
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in corporate law and commercial transactions
• Law degree and/or LPC/SQE preferred (but not essential)
