Corporate Paralegal

Salary Up To £48,000pa + Benefits

London Office - Hybrid Working

Permanent OR 12m Fixed-Term Contract

My client, a well-known and award-winning law firm with a focus on Corporate Law, is actively recruiting for someone to join them in their London office on either a permanent or 12m FTC basis - working as their new Corporate Paralegal.

You'll be the sole Paralegal in the team - focusing on areas such;

- Equity Capital Markets

- Mergers & Acquisitions

- Private Equity

- Venture Capital

As the successful Corporate Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

- Supporting transactions (preparing documents for share and asset sales)

- Drafting and reviewing standard documents

- Assisting with due diligence

- Preparing completion bibles and dead documentation/bundles

- Filing forms and documents with Companies House

- Conducting legal research

- Liaising with clients on a regular basis

+ much more.

To be considered for this position, you'll need to have/be the following:

- Be an experienced 'Corporate Paralegal', or a Future Trainee (12m's availability and Corporate Paralegal experience)

- Be educated to a degree level (LLB/GDL and LPC/SQE1)

- Have a high level of attention to detail

- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
