Job summary

Lunaria Partners is recruiting a corporate paralegal in central London to work with partners who are ex-Magic Circle and US firms on high-profile clients. The work covers the full spectrum of corporate matters including M&A, company formations, restructuring and governance.

Day-to-day duties include undertaking legal research, preparing bibles, drafting documents, and corresponding with clients. LPC or SQE1 is required; SQE2 would be a bonus; at least 6 months' experience; must be in the office

Qualifications

• Completion of the LPC or the SQE1 is required; completion of the SQE2 would be a bonus.
• At least 6 months experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Ability to be in the office in central London 5 days a week at the start.
