Job summary

Law Staff in Central London is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with experience in UK private practice to support transactional work, particularly in healthcare and dental sectors.

You will assist solicitors with share and asset transactions, prepare company documents, and help with completions, while maintaining tight deadlines and precise attention to detail.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is expected; sponsorship is not offered, so full UK rights to work are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Corporate Paralegal experience in the UK.
• Experience with share and asset purchases/sales transactions.
• Experience assisting with corporate acquisitions and disposals.
• Preparation of Companies House forms, board minutes, resolutions and other corporate transactions.
• Reviewing and preparing ancillary transaction documents.
• Assisting with disclosure exercises and preparing disclosure bundles.
• Provide general support across the wider corporate commercial team.
• Undertaking company searches and corporate research.
• Assisting with completions and post completion matters.
