About Us

We are London Intercultural Academy (LIA) — with over 400 dynamic and interactive online courses, we help organisations go from meh to magnetic in how they train and retain their people.

Now, we are looking for a Corporate Outreach Lead to help us expand our reach and plant our flag in the hearts (and HR budgets) of forward-thinking companies.

The Mission

Lead our outreach efforts to build meaningful relationships with corporates looking to upskill, reskill, and elevate their teams through training. You'll be the bridge between what companies need and what we deliver

What you will be doing

• Identify and engage with HR decision-makers, L&D managers, and people-first companies
• Craft magnetic outreach messages (we’re anti-robot)
• Book and lead discovery calls to understand training needs
• Collaborate with our programs team to tailor proposals
• Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat clients
• Represent LIA at (real or virtual) events and industry gatherings
• Track outreach metrics and KPIs
