Our client, an elite international law firm, highly ranked in the Legal 500, is seeking a talented Corporate M&A Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its high-performing and expanding Energy & Infrastructure team in London. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the global market, alongside leading lawyers across the US, UK, and Middle East.

The Role

You will be part of a highly regarded and collaborative team advising on a broad range of corporate M&A transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments. While the focus is on the energy and infrastructure sectors, prior experience in these areas is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and co-investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Supporting clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle
  • Collaborating with colleagues across international offices
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives
The successful individual:
  • 2-5 years PQE in corporate M&A from a top-tier law firm
  • Strong academic background and UK qualification (or equivalent)
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
