Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate M&A and ECM Solicitor

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a driven and technically excellent Corporate Solicitor to join a highly ranked M&A and ECM team at our client, one of the UK's most respected law firms. Recognised consistently in the leading legal directories, this firm is known for its sophisticated work, collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships.

The team advises a broad spectrum of clients, including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, private equity sponsors, investment banks, and global corporates on complex, high-value transactions.

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of matters, including:

  • UK and cross-border private and public M&A
  • IPOs and secondary offerings
  • Corporate governance and regulatory advisory
  • Shareholder activism and lifecycle events

This is a role that offers genuine responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field. What we're looking for:
