CENTRAL LONDON & HYBRID
c. 3+ YEARS' PQE
A fast-growing global leader in digital entertainment is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join its London-based legal team. If you're a mid-level corporate lawyer with strong M&A experience looking to move in-house, this could be your next big step.
The Role: You’ll report to the General Counsel and play a central role in managing M&A transactions, corporate governance, and post-acquisition integration. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact legal environment supporting business growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all legal aspects of private M&A deals in close collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Manage corporate governance matters, including board documentation and intercompany agreements.
  • Support portfolio companiesand post-closing activities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders across functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Compliance).
We are looking for:
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE from a top-tier law firm or in-house environment.
  • Strong legal experience in corporate law, especially M&A.
  • Confidence in handling governance issues, drafting, and regulatory matters.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
