• Manage acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and strategic investments from structuring and due diligence through to completion.
• Handle shareholder agreements, investment documentation, and JV partner relationships.
• Oversee corporate governance, board matters, subsidiary management, and group restructurings.
• Instruct and manage external counsel on specialist issues and transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting the group's international portfolio.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• UK-qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).


• Trained at a leading City or international law firm.


• Demonstrated corporate/M&A experience (gained as a trainee seat or post-qualification).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and strategic investments from structuring and due diligence through to completion.


• Handle shareholder agreements, investment documentation, and JV partner relationships.


• Oversee corporate governance, board matters, subsidiary management, and group restructurings.


• Instruct and manage external counsel on specialist issues and transactions.


• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting the group's diverse international portfolio.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Pay Range: £90,000.00 - £110,000.00 per year (commensurate with skills and experience).


• Mode: Full-time, On-site/In-office in London.
