Accountabilities
Corporate & Legal
• Obtaining client due diligence information and documents, ensuring that due diligence materials remain up to date, and conduct regular risk reviews on client files.
• Preparation of annual returns and submissions
• Incorporation of companies
• Changing Company Details
• Updating and maintaining company registers
• Updating and maintaining beneficiary owner register
• Drafting of minutes for companies and trusts
• Supporting with the dissolution of companies
• Supporting with the Re-domiciliation of companies
• Responsible for the day to day company administration of an allocated portfolio of clients
• Preparation of supporting minutes and certified documents for Bank account opening
• Preparation of billing
• Arranging signatures on agreements.

Personal Specification
Skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• IT literate – able to effectively utilise Microsoft office
• Highly organised with attention to detail
Knowledge/Qualifications
• Legal, ICSA or STEP Qualifications

Experience
• Previous experience in a Company Secretarial department
• Previous experience in providing a quality service to a variety of clients, and maintaining a client portfolio to a high standard will be an added advantage
