Corporate Lawyer (VC)

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly regarded Corporate team, focusing on Venture Capital. The team works closely with new and existing top-tier global VCs, guiding them through complex transactions with practical, creative, and responsive advice.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales
• At least 4 years’ PQE in a recognised corporate practice with a focus on Venture Capital
• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
