Job Description:

Top US law firm is looking for additional support for their Corporate practice on an initial 6 - 12 month FTC basis starting ASAP.

This role would best suit a corporate M&A / PE Lawyer, 5+ years PQE (no upper limit on PQE) with training gained in a highly regarded firm.

Highly competitive salary on offer, hybrid working (3/2 split).

As part of a busy team, you will work on a range of domestic and international private equity and corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, IPOs, and other ECM transactions, as well as private and public M&A.
