Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a key member of a collaborative, supportive team, focusing on M&A, investment, corporate governance, and intellectual property and tech law, especially within the vibrant startup community in Northern Ireland.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Lawyer with 5+ years PQE
  • Experience in M&A processes
  • Knowledge of venture capital and private equity investments
