An elite New York law firm with a thriving and prestigious London office is looking to hire a top-tier Corporate M&A Associate (5–10 PQE) into its leading Corporate practice.

This is an exceptional strategic opportunity for a UK-qualified corporate lawyer to join a high-performing team advising on some of the most complex, high-value and cross-border transactions in the market. • Private and public M&A

Clients include global private equity houses, multinational corporates, sovereign wealth funds, and high-growth companies across key sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services, and energy.
