Job summary

A highly regarded and long-established North West law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 4-8 years' PQE to join a respected practice that combines a strong regional reputation with the backing and investment of a national legal group. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and commercial agreements.
• Providing advice on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues.
• Supporting business development initiatives and building long-term client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver an exceptional client service.

About You

• Between 4 and 8 years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate team.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
