Actis Legal, a progressive regional law firm in the North West, seeks a senior corporate partner-level lawyer to lead on corporate and commercial services. You will provide strategic client advisory, manage complex transactions, and mentor junior colleagues.

Applications welcome from partner or director level, or senior managing associates seeking the next challenge. PQE of 10+ years required, with exceptional client service expected.

• PQE of at least 10 years in corporate transactions.

Unique opportunity in the market with a Progressive and Thriving Regional Law Firm.

You will be responsible for leading on corporate and commercial services and play an integral and a strategic role.

A personal following whilst welcome is not essential. Applications are welcome from those at partner and director level, or senior managing associates looking for that next challenge. Essential is not less than 10 years' PQE in managing corporate transactions, providing exceptional client service and mentoring & supervising junior colleagues.

This established team continually attracts sought-after clients and instructions, and you will find the quality of work is second to none.

Retained by an interesting mix of clients (including significant corporates, SMEs and OMBs), typical instructions include:

• Transactions – mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• Share restructuring and re-organisations
• Incorporations & Formations
• Shareholder Agreements
• Banking, Corporate Finance & Investment Agreements
