A leading international law firm with a standout reputation in corporate M&A and private equity is looking to hire a talented Corporate IP / Technology Transactions Associate (3–4 PQE) into its growing London office. The Role

You’ll work closely with senior partners and play a central role on a wide range of matters, including:

• Corporate support for M&A and private equity transactions involving tech-rich businesses

• Advising on IP protection, licensing, and data/privacy matters
• Working across the tech, life sciences, digital media and fintech sectors
