Job Description:

Our customer, a global professional services company, is looking for an Investigations Lead to conduct and oversee corporate compliance investigations arising from alleged misconduct reported through various channels. This is a 7-8 months' contract role.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with senior leadership to assess and address legal risks in investigations
• Manage investigative teams
• Oversee notification, recording, and reporting processes

Supervise internal and external resources to handle complex allegations related to financial and regulatory misconduct, including:

• Defining scope
• Notifying relevant personnel
• Conducting interviews
• Compiling reports
• Recommending remedial actions

Ensure effective investigation management by:

• Timely review and assignment of cases
• Developing trend reporting processes
• Making strategic decisions impacting the Corporate Investigations group
• Executing global investigation strategies
• Providing legal advice on risk and remedial measures
• Liaising with Compliance Program leads
• Working with law enforcement and regulatory agencies
• Training investigative personnel
• Staying updated on legal developments

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in investigations, including:

• Code of Business Ethics and financial fraud investigations
• Regulatory and governmental investigations
• Drafting legal reports and advising on compliance risks
• Handling litigation related to investigations
