Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess legal risks related to investigations.
• Manage investigative teams handling reported allegations.
• Oversee notification, recording, and reporting processes for investigations.
• Lead internal and external resources to investigate complex misconduct allegations, including defining scope, conducting interviews, and reporting.
• Ensure timely review and investigation of cases, develop trend reporting processes, and make strategic decisions impacting the Corporate Investigations group.
• Implement global investigation strategies and advise legal and leadership on risks and remedial actions.
• Coordinate with Compliance Program leads and law enforcement agencies.
• Train and support investigative personnel and stay updated on legal developments.

Qualifications:
