Job Description:

Our customer, a global professional services company, is looking for an Investigations Lead to conduct and oversee corporate compliance investigations arising out of alleged misconduct raised through the client's reporting channels. This is a 7-8 months' contract role.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with senior leadership to assess and address legal risks related to investigations.
• Manage investigative teams addressing reported allegations.
• Oversee notification, recording, and reporting processes.

Manage internal and external resources to investigate significant allegations related to financial and regulatory misconduct, including:

• Defining scope, notifying personnel, conducting interviews, compiling reports, and recommending remedial actions.

Ensure effective investigation management by:

• Overseeing investigations for timeliness and quality.
• Developing processes for trend analysis and reporting.
• Making strategic decisions impacting the Corporate Investigations group.
• Executing global strategies set by the Global Director.
• Providing legal advice on risks and remedial measures to leadership.
• Coordinating with Compliance Program leads.
• Working with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Training and supporting investigative personnel.
• Staying updated on legal developments affecting investigations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in conducting and supervising investigations, including:

• Financial fraud and Code of Business Ethics investigations.
• Handling regulatory and governmental investigations.
• Drafting legal reports and advising leadership on compliance risks.
• Experience with litigation related to investigations or employment matters.
