About the Role

You will be responsible for leading complex corporate investigations involving financial and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to assess legal risks and develop investigation plans.
• Define scope, conduct interviews, compile reports, and recommend remedial measures.
• Oversee investigation teams and external resources, ensuring thorough, timely, and compliant investigations.
• Manage notification, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Advise senior leadership on risk mitigation and remedial actions.
• Coordinate with Compliance Program leads, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement as needed.
• Train and mentor investigative attorneys and staff.
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting investigations and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing investigations, including financial fraud and regulatory investigations.
• Experience drafting confidential reports and advising on compliance risks and personnel actions.
• Litigation experience in corporate or employment law is a plus.
